WORKING PLAN

1. The property owner contacts our representative and authorizes him/her to let out the property on behalf of the property owner.

2. The property owner hands over the keys and all the requisite, relevant property documents to our representative.

3. We showcase the property & also looks for tenants, the ones working with good companies and are hunting for a property on rent.

4. Once the tenant is finalized & the terms of lease are agreed upon, we take care of:

a. Police verification of the prospective tenant

b. Confirmation of employment (HR letter) from the prospective tenant.

5. The successful verification of the prospective tenant, leads our representative to signing of the contract by both parties – Property owner and the tenant.

(The property owner can pre-authorize our representative to sign on the behalf of the property owner).

6. a) The tenant transfers the agreed monthly rent to account of property owner.

b) As a condition of our agreement, we continue to maintain the subject property till end of the term of lease.
