Mr. Pumesh Baheti is a graduate in Civil Engineering and postgraduate in Real Estate Valuation. He is a Registered Valuer of Immovable Properties under Wealth Tax Act 1957 and Companies Act 2013. He has a vast experience in Building Construction, Estimating and Costing, Real Estate Valuation which has ensured the distinctive presence in today’s market.
He is in the Panel of more than 20 Financial Institutions / Banks, Chartered Engineer & an Arbitrator. He has completed B.E. in Civil Engineering from Shri G.S.I.T.S, Indore in 1991. He has completed M. Sc (Real Estate Valuation) recently along with a Certificate Programme in Contractual Dispute Resolution, supported by Indian Council of Arbitration & World Bank, from AIMA, New Delhi.
